Mission
TRiO strives to provide low-income, first-generation, or disabled individuals from Bay, Gulf, and Franklin counties with impactful services designed to motivate them toward the successful attainment of a post-secondary credential.
Programs

The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) assists low-income or first-generation adults with accessing higher education.
