Chef's Apprentice, Certificate

Your Ticket to the Professional Kitchen

The Chef's Apprentice Certificate is a 12 credit hour certificate program that provides basic fundamental skills needed for entry into the culinary profession.  These four classes will apply toward the Culinary Management AS degree.

If you are a high school graduate, you can apply to this program. If you have earned credits from a regionally accredited college or university, you may have a head start at Gulf Coast State College.
